Dr. Stephen Kraus is Head of Digital Insights for Jumpshot Inc. Author of three books, Steve speaks widely on digital trends, and holds a Ph.D. in social psychology from Harvard University. Eric Higgins is Head of Data Science & Analytics at PepsiCo. He is responsible for PepsiCo’s entire eCommerce analytics strategy, including all data partnerships and online sales channels. Eric was previously Director of Marketplace Pricing and Analytics for Amazon.

Josef Sperzel is the VP Director, SEO at MullenLowe Mediahub with 8+ years of experience in building search engine optimization (SEO), social media, and content marketing strategies for brands. He has worked with large brands that include Kaiser Permanente, Harley-Davidson, and Wyndham Hotels to increase visibility and content strategies. Keri Zuckerman is SVP, Head of Digital Commerce at Reprise Digital with 15+ years of experience shaping the direction of digital media, not just following it. When she’s not strategizing digital business solutions for clients, Keri spends her free time at Orangetheory Fitness, cooking with Blue Apron and attending concerts and sporting events.
