Dr. Stephen Kraus is Head of Digital Insights for Jumpshot Inc. Author of three books, Steve speaks widely on digital trends, and holds a Ph.D. in social psychology from Harvard University. Jumpshot is “the eCommerce currency,” and comprehensively measures the digital world with its panel of more than 100 million digital consumers.

Warren Mackay-Smith is Global Director People Relationship Marketing for Unilever, where he oversees the integration of data, technology and creative to drive customized experiences for consumers at scale. In his nearly two decades with Unilever, he has held senior leadership positions responsible for ecommerce, omnichannel, smart data, and shopper insights.

Stuart Johnston is Global Commerce Director for Zenith, one of the world’s leading agencies. He works with brands across Zenith’s portfolio, helping them build individualized commerce roadmaps, develop partnerships with retailers, and connect with consumers throughout the customer journey. He previously led digital teams at Argos, Debenhams and LiveArea.

Sunando Das is Head of Analytics (EMEA) for Annalect, where he works at the convergence of strategy consulting, data science and digital marketing to drive the transformation of global brands. He previously led analytics efforts for major firms such as Prophet, Kantar, and Ipsos.
